Although we strive for excellence with all of our goods and services, occasionally products may be deemed unsatisfactory and need to be exchanged or returned. We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a custom item. Rustic Home will cover and repair or replace Rustic Home workmanship defects associated with customer work per Rustic Home discretion.
You have 30 calendar days to return a non-custom item from the date you received it. Custom made items are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free from damages by the customer in the original packaging.
All returned items will need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the item is received, Rustic Home will inspect it and notify you the status of the refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
The consumer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
